A white house on the island Lipari. The owners recently renovated and decorated this splendid Aeolian house for their own use. The comfortable terrace on the first floor is surrounded with trees and flowers and offers a great view of the sea as far as Vulcano and even the coast of Sicily. The island of Lipari is the biggest of the seven Aeolian Islands and a perfect base for exploring the other Aeolian Islands, because of its central position in the archipelago.

The house is subdivided in two independent apartments that are rented together as Casa Cucuncio. A staircase in the small courtyard connects them. Unusually for an Aeolian house, it is fitted with two excellent modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. The first floor consists of a living room with high quality sofa bed, kitchenette, another room with a twin sofa bed and the bathroom. Both rooms have access to the beautiful Aeolian terrace with its set of table and chairs, a shaded cover and a lot of artefacts. The terrace offers a views of the sea, the island Vulcano and the coast of Sicily.
